At CCS Marketing we take the protection of your data seriously. Here we explain clearly what data we collect through ccsmarketing.es, what we use it for and what rights you have, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
Through the contact form, WhatsApp and calls handled by our voice agents, we only collect the data you give us: name, company, phone number, email address and, if you provide it, a description of what you want to improve in your business. Calls with voice agents may be recorded and transcribed, after you have been informed at the start of the call. The site may also collect technical browsing data (IP address, device, browser, pages visited) through cookies and analytics tools.
3. What we use your data for
- To deal with your enquiry and contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To prepare and send you a commercial proposal if you ask for one.
- To manage the commercial and contractual relationship if you decide to use our services.
- To analyse how the website is used in order to improve it and to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
4. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing is your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box on the form, by messaging us on WhatsApp or by continuing a call after being told it is recorded, and the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract when you ask for a proposal or sign up for a service. The processing of browsing data for analytics and advertising purposes is based on your consent through the cookie manager.
5. How long we keep your data
Contact details are kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and, if it never goes ahead, for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Once a service has been contracted, they will be kept for as long as required by the applicable tax and commercial legislation.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties. To provide the service we use providers that act as data processors: web hosting (Hostinger), form and email tools, WhatsApp Business (Meta Platforms), telephony and artificial intelligence providers for the voice and WhatsApp agents, and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta). Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw the consent you have given, by writing to christian@ccsmarketing.es and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you feel we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
This website uses technical cookies that are necessary for it to work and, with your prior consent, analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel) to measure use of the site and the effectiveness of our campaigns. You can configure or reject non-essential cookies from the cookie notice or in your browser settings.
